"Creation brings deep satisfaction and fulfillment. We develop ourselves and others when we take unorganized matter into our hands and mold it into something of beauty—and I am not talking about the process of cleaning the rooms of your teenage children." Dieter F. Uchtdorf

Jr. Mint Cupcakes

I got this recipe from another blog called Picky Palate

1 Box Devils Food Cake Mix
4 Eggs
1 Cup Veg. Oil
1/2 Cup Water
1 Small Box Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
1 12 oz. Box Jr. Mints
1 Can of Vanilla, Cream Cheese, or Chocoalte Frosting

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the cake mix, eggs, oil, water, pudding mix, sour cream, and chocolate chips together. Scoop into paper lined muffin cups. Press 3 Jr. Mints into the center of each one. Bake for 22-25 minutes. Let cool completely, frost, and top with another Jr. Mint.
