"Creation brings deep satisfaction and fulfillment. We develop ourselves and others when we take unorganized matter into our hands and mold it into something of beauty—and I am not talking about the process of cleaning the rooms of your teenage children." Dieter F. Uchtdorf

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Place pumpkin seeds on baking sheet and cover with olive oil or butter. I used olive oil since my husband is lactose intolerant but I think it would have tasted better with butter.

Half of them I put salt on (top picture)

The other half (bottom picture) I put cinnamon and sugar on. I think next time I'll do cinnamon and brown sugar. Bake at 300 degrees for a half an hour or until browned.

  1. i got your URL from scott...i work with him. he knows how much i love to cook. this recipe looks yummy... and i'm so with you on the brown sugar. in most recipes, i replace white sugar with brown (depending on the recipe of course...) with great success.
